
In precious moments throughout life, grace comes in and pearls of wisdom fluidly flow from pen to paper. This gem has been Spirit’s simple and yet powerful statement that has opened a whole world of self discovery, communication with the universe & overviews of creation that are continuing to unfold to this day.
Through the years it’s been brought to clarity that your body is the vessel of wholeness – the heart anchors your inner being to this physical plane. In this anchoring your ego mind surrenders, lets go and eventually moves into an expanded state of awareness and being.
The unconscious (or unhealed) comes into awareness through the pain of your body – mind (thought), body (aches/illness), emotions (sadness, grief, sorrow, anger, etc).
When your attention and focus is brought to the heart, with breath, willingness, and presence then the heart organically heals. Layer by layer, moment to moment. In this movement the rest of the body follows; negative or painful thoughts are revealed and faced, the mind relaxes and emotions are revealed and released and the pain in the body begins to move and heal through this layer by layer awareness and movement.
Deeper compassion, gratitude, acceptance and surrender are some of the blessings along the way. Embracing all of what it means to be human. Celebrating your humanity as a gift rather than a punishment.
In all this movement the whole being is coming back to wholeness. Your heart is the anchor, the magic awakening, the very ordinary and yet extraordinary invitation for every soul. Welcome home.

It has helped me to realize how each and everyday I need to center that focus as best I can and remain aware in all of life’s moments it’s power for myself and how I radiate energy back into the universe. That resonates deeply. I have noticed that patterns and beliefs that I know are not true ( they hurt me or I’m not enough) and yet I will act as if they are true. I ask myself am I absolutely sure that’s no longer true , what proof do I have that gives my mind doubt that it is no longer true. My last piece of evidence is often “ it feels true”. When we work together that feeling and energy is often released and any negative evidence is no longer there. Then and only then do I feel free of old patterns .
